Muntons Sparking Amber dry malt extract is an excellent base from which to brew maltier/darker beers. DME can also be used to adjust colour, boost specific gravity, and to make a yeast starter.

Storage: Unopened -> 24 months from date of production. Once opened keep airtight and use very quickly.
